Cruise on Star Clipper’s Royal Clipper

The Royal Clipper is inspired by the tall ship Preussen. IT has the proud distinction of being the largest and only five-mast, fully-rigged sailing ship that was launched at the beginning of the previous century. She is complimented by 42 sails, and is a wonderful sight to behold.

Though she is reminiscent of the grand age of sail, the Royal Clipper is as brand new as tomorrow. She boasts state-of-the-art navigation systems, and every single comfort and luxury a passenger could possibly ask for. The Royal Clipper can carry about 227 guests in the utmost luxurious style. The deck is a full 19,000 square feet with wide open spaces and three swimming pools.

There are many hidden balconies on either side of the bow, so you can find yourself a secret hideaway. You can even climb the mast to one of the passenger lookout crows nests, furnished with a comfortable settee. Having climbed all the way up there, you’ll get the most fantastic view.

The interior is just as incredibly dazzling as the outside. It includes a three-deck atrium that funnels in sunlight to an elegantly appointed, three-level dining room. The dining room features open seating dining, deliciously prepared cuisine, and a no-tie dress code.
